Mr Francis began his 20+ year career at a semiconductor manufacturing equipment provider, Eaton Semiconductor Corporation, in Sunnyvale back in the early 80’s. Studying under Dr. Chen Hwa (Phd Optics), Spencer Gullicksen (Sr. Mechanical Designer) and Dr. Jerry Alonzo (Phd Physics, HW,SW Designer) John was responsible for successfully prototyping a unique Wafer Alignment system capable of aligning two parallel planes, in 6 degrees of motion, to sub-micron tolerances John founded JCM Consulting Services in the 90’s and began consulting to a few clients over a 9 year period prior to expanding the business. JCM Consulting Technologies incorporated in the August of 2004 and has successfully engaged with over 30 Silicon Valley companies since!
JCM provides Turn Key Manufacturing Test Designs for both Consumer and Military applications. The Military Stations conduct crucial performance tests and can be adapted for a thermal chamber Environment.
